We are celebrating at Bell Lamb & Joynson after being awarded the Client Care Award at the 2021 LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.
Our team donned their glad rags and headed to the Titanic Hotel for the ceremony, which returned for its fifth year. The event brought industry leaders together under one roof to celebrate the hard work and dedication so many have displayed over the past 18 months. Created in association with Modern Law Magazine, the awards celebrate talent, achievement and innovation across the UK conveyancing market.
The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards narrowed down dozens of participants to a shortlist of five firms competing for the Client Care Award, so it really does mean a lot to us to take the accolade home. Nominees including ourselves were assessed through an esteemed panel of 14 expert judges who were carefully selected according to their knowledge of the UK conveyancing landscape.
The Client Care Award focused on our success in exceeding clients’ expectations and utilising innovation to improve and maintain client care. At Bell Lamb & Joynson, we are committed to developing our digital solutions to provide clients with the best possible service and that was the reasoning behind streamlining our conveyancing process via the adoption of a free-to-download mobile app.
