Conveyancing Quality Scheme Re-accreditation

Bell Lamb & Joynson receives full re-accreditation from The Law Society for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

We are proud to announce that we have recently been re-accredited by the Law Society for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The CQS is a well-respected national quality standard that is recognised by the legal industry, mortgage lenders, and consumers.

Our re-accreditation is a testament to our commitment to providing high-quality conveyancing services to our clients. By meeting the rigorous standards set by the CQS, we have demonstrated our ability to deliver consistent, reliable, and effective conveyancing services. This is an important factor for clients, as the conveyancing process can be complex and time-consuming, and having a firm that is accredited by the CQS can provide peace of mind.

The CQS was established by the Law Society in 2010 with the aim of raising standards in the conveyancing sector and promoting consumer confidence. To be re-accredited, conveyancers must undergo a rigorous assessment process that evaluates their systems, processes, and practices. The assessment covers a range of areas, including client care, risk management, and efficiency. The CQS also provides an assurance that firms have the necessary resources and expertise to handle complex conveyancing transactions. This includes a thorough understanding of the legal requirements and processes involved in the transfer of property ownership.

One of the key benefits of the CQS is that it helps to ensure that clients receive consistent and high-quality service and communications from accredited firms. At Bell Lamb & Joynson, we have always been committed to providing excellent customer service and are proud to be a part of the CQS. We understand that the conveyancing process can be a stressful time for clients, which is why we strive to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Our re-accreditation confirms this commitment.

Another benefit of the CQS is that it helps to promote the professional development of solicitors. The scheme requires that firms provide training and support to their staff, helping to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality conveyancing services. At Bell Lamb & Joynson, we believe in investing in our staff, providing ongoing training and support to help them grow and develop their skills so that clients have peace of mind, knowing that they are working with a firm that is accredited by the CQS and that their interests are protected throughout the conveyancing process. We are extremely proud to have an award-winning team of solicitors who have the knowledge and experience to handle any residential conveyancing matter, no matter how complex.

Partner and Head of Residential Property, Laura Cartwright, said: “I am really proud of the team for being re-accredited. It is a credit to their commitment to provide excellent customer service to their hard work undergoing the accreditation process when the there is so much going on in the market at the moment. My thanks, and those of our senior management, go to the team for their ongoing commitment and hard work.”
