First Place Achievement – Digital Conveyancing Maturity Index

We are delighted to share that Bell Lamb & Joynson have been ranked as the number one firm in the 2024 report which highlights the digital conveyancing leaders.

The Digital Conveyancing Maturity Index is a detailed report that determines who is leading the way as digital champions in conveyancing. InfoTrack, a specialist legal tech provider conducts a survey that assesses all the key stages of conveyancing to produce a comprehensive ranking system for hundreds of law firms across the UK.

The first survey was conducted in 2022 and Bell Lamb & Joynson were delighted to be named in the top three firms, however, this year, we have surged in front and made it to the number one spot.

Bell Lamb & Joynson have been awarded first place overall, along with first place in the ‘medium-sized firms’ category.

This is an incredible achievement and goes to prove that our strategic focus to harness technology is putting us out in front when it comes to adopting digital conveyancing tools.
