Recognition for our Conveyancing Team at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards

The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards were held at the Rum Warehouse on the 16^th of November.

We are pleased to announce that our conveyancing team were highly commended for the Residential Property Team and the Best Workplace categories. Rachael McClean was highly commended for the Conveyancer of the Year category.

Mike Leeman was further honoured with the Managing Partner of the Year award, a testament to his exemplary leadership and vision that have contributed to the firm's success.

Laura is a Partner and heads up up our residential conveyancing team. Laura is Chartered Legal Executive and is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including remortgages, shared ownership, new build and leasehold properties Laura is the Regional Chair for the North West for Women in Residential Property and is the host of the conveyancing podcast ‘Bricks And Banter’.

I could not fault Lily's advice and service during the process of buying a house.
