Customer Service Representative. 

Harry is a dedicated Customer Service Representative based at Bell Lamb & Joynson's Liverpool office. As the first point of contact for clients, Harry ensures everyone feels welcomed and supported, whether they're calling the firm or visiting in person. His role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing incoming and outgoing post and monitoring the firm’s email inbox to scanning documents, closing files, and providing essential support around the office.

Harry’s journey at the firm began in the Admin department, where he completed an apprenticeship and achieved his business administration qualification. He then advanced to the conveyancing department, where he was responsible for onboarding new files and managing cases until they were ready for solicitor review.

Outside of work, Harry is an avid football enthusiast. He enjoys playing with friends on the weekends and is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter. With a season ticket in hand, Harry rarely misses a match—his dedication to the club is undeniable.
