Jasmin Blythin

Jasmin Blythin joined us in February 2019 as a Conveyancing Assistant in our award-winning Conveyancing Department.

Jasmin graduated with a Certificate of Higher Education in Law from the University of Liverpool. She is currently working towards the CLC Level 4 Diploma to become a qualified Conveyancing Technician, demonstrating her dedication to both her professional development and the field of conveyancing.

Before joining us, Jasmin gained experience in residential property matters and now plays a key role in the day-to-day progression of transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Her responsibilities include preparing draft contracts, conducting property searches, and liaising with clients, conveyancers, and mortgage lenders. Jasmin takes great pride in building strong relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth and stress-free process for clients.

Originally from a small village in North Lincolnshire, Jasmin previously worked as an Animal Warden at a Country Park, where she cared for a variety of animals, including donkeys, alpacas, goats, and chickens. She moved to Liverpool in 2017, and one of her proudest moments was working in an office just around the corner from where her Great-Gran lived after moving from Ireland – a meaningful connection that her family cherishes.

Outside of work, Jasmin enjoys spending time with her one-year-old son, Sonny. Together, they love visiting grandparents, going for long walks, and singing and dancing to 80s music. Jasmin is also passionate about Tarot reading, astrology, horoscopes, and crystals, hobbies that add a touch of magic to her daily life.
