Chris Courtenay joined Bell Lamb & Joynson as a Conveyancer in July 2024.

With over 16 years of experience in the field, Chris is currently studying for his Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) course, aiming to become a CLC technician by the end of the year.

Chris's career in law began over 16 years ago at Lees Lloyd Whitley, where he started as a Practice Clerk. Through dedication and hard work, he steadily advanced through various managerial roles, gaining extensive experience in conveyancing and property law.

Chris is actively pursuing qualifications to become a Licensed Conveyancer, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and excellence in the field. His progression from a Practice Clerk to a Conveyancer reflects his determination and expertise.

Outside of his professional life, Chris enjoys socialising and spending quality time with his fiancée, and his two stepdaughters. He has a mini dachshund named Eric, who is known for causing more trouble than the girls! Chris's hobbies include reading, ten-pin bowling, and avidly supporting Tranmere Rovers.
