Katelyn Mcloughlin
Katelyn Mcloughlin joined Bell Lamb & Joynson as a Business Administration Apprentice in February 2025.
After completing her secondary education with seven GCSEs, Katelyn spent a year in college before deciding to pursue an apprenticeship. During this time, she gained valuable customer service experience working at McDonald’s from 2023 to 2025. This role helped her develop key skills in communication, organisation, and teamwork, all of which she now applies in her apprenticeship.
Katelyn’s role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scanning and uploading documents, handling calls, and managing correspondence with clients. She also plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of the firm and ensuring a warm welcome for visitors, helping to create a positive first impression for clients.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys travelling with friends and family, reading, and listening to music. She also loves dining out and unwinding at home with comedy TV shows.
