Peter Green is a specialised criminal law solicitor in Runcorn who joined the firm in 1992. After successfully completing his training contract, and qualifying as a Solicitor in 1995 Peter chose to specialise as a criminal law solicitor.

Peter also deals with firms' personal injury cases. Peter became a partner in 2005 and works out of the firm's Runcorn and Warrington offices assisting the residents of North Cheshire and beyond. He is renowned for going the extra mile for clients and is one of the longest-established criminal law solicitors in Runcorn.

Peter is a member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme and undertakes a broad criminal caseload ranging from simple motoring offences to the most serious cases of robbery, murder and rape in the Crown Court. Peter continues to undertake Police Station attendances and appears regularly in Warrington and Chester Magistrates court. As a partner in the firm, he supervises the department in Cheshire. Peter also conducts a wide range of personal injury cases specialising in Road Traffic accidents, tripping and slipping cases and accidents at work. Peter believes in personal contact with his clients and will always ensure that he is available to see his clients when they need to see him. Peter is fairly unique in terms of his personal injury work in that he will personally deal with the case rather than delegating to more junior fee earners and paralegals.

Peter has been an Everton season ticket holder for over 20 years and has a passion for rock music, regularly attending concerts, he has also more recently become a keen and enthusiastic golfer.
