Rachael Flannigan

Solicitor

Rachael joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in January 2023 and is a Solicitor in our Conveyancing team.

Rachael graduated with a degree in Law from Chester University in 2011 before completing her LPC at The University of Law in 2018. Rachael qualified as a solicitor in 2018. Prior to joining us, Rachael worked at Frodsham’s Solicitor as a Director and Head of Conveyancing since 2020 and before that Rachael worked at HCB Warrington as a Solicitor from 2018 to 2020. Rachael trained as a Solicitor at Rawlinson’s Solicitors from 2015 to 2018.

Rachael loves that while the process for each property purchase or sale is the same, each file is different, and no two days are the same. Rachael enjoys building relationships with clients and referrers as it makes the process a lot smoother. Outside work, Rachael lives on a small holding on the border of Wales and England. She got married during Covid, and has a 6-month-old baby that keeps her very busy. Rachael enjoys spending time with her young son, her Yorkshire terrier, along with 3 farm cats, and some chickens! She is hoping to add Alpacas to the pack!
