Client Relationship Executive

Rachael Johnson is a Client Relationship Executive in the New Business Team at Bell Lamb & Joynson.

She works closely with the Conveyancing Team to onboard clients and support them in navigating the firm’s app.

Rachael holds a Law (LLB) degree from the University of Liverpool and joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in January 2025. Before starting her role, she gained experience across various industries, including retail, cleaning, COVID centres, and hospitality, developing strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Her role involves guiding clients through the initial stages of their legal journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and assisting them with the firm’s digital services.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys visiting National Trust sites, countryside walks, and socialising with friends.
