Customer Services Representative - Team Leader

Rhiann joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in March 2023 as a Customer Service Representative and team leader in our Front of House team.

Prior to joining us, Rhiann worked for Santander as a Customer Services Advisor from 2011 to 2020, and she worked at The Very Group as a Customer Services Representative from 2020 to 2023.

Rhiann loves working together with her team to help the company thrive. For her, organisation, routine, and communication are key. With two children, Aoife and Ruari, that is especially true as they keep Rhiann on her toes. Rhiann loves spending time walking her dog Trixie and enjoys spending time out with friends.
